Return Policy
Returns:
You may return purchased items within 60 days of the date of purchase for a refund of the product total (not shipping), as long as the merchandise is in the same condition as it was when it was originally shipped and as long as it wasn't a custom made order with customer selected images and/or name engraving. We'll refund the full amount of the purchase, as well as the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on our part (i.e. incorrect product). Custom orders are not refundable.
Orders that are returned, not as a result of an error on our part, will be assessed a re-stocking fee of 15% of the invoice total.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Exchanges:
You may exchange a product for another within 60 days of the date of purchase. If the exchanged product costs more than the new one, we will refund you the difference. If the exchanged product costs less than the new one, you will be required to pay the difference. You will also be required to pay the shipping costs to send the new item. It is the customer's responsibility to insure returned packages. LDScases is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages while in transit to us.
